General Ticket Policy
- All individual and foursome entries are non-refundable once purchased.
- Tickets may be transferred to another individual if you are unable to attend. Please contact our team in advance to arrange a name change.
- No refunds will be issued for failure to attend the event ("no-shows").
Inclement Weather & Event Changes
- In the case of inclement weather (frost, fog, rain, etc.), the event may be delayed or rescheduled.
- If the event is canceled before play begins, it will be rescheduled to the next mutually convenient date within thirty (30) days. Tickets will automatically transfer to the new date.
- If a rain-out occurs after play begins, results and prizes will be adjusted based on the number of holes played. Refunds will not be issued once play has started.
